Highland is a easy first job, with lots of potential to grow and gain a tremendous amount of experience, but work has to be put forth, and often times It can be found that slacking, and free time are seen by front end employees. Highland Park Market is located at: 68 Bridge St, Suffield, CT 06078, USA. Not only that, talented people had previously left to go seek better work, which put a huge hold on the quality and professionalism of our Deli, Bakery, and Meat departments. However, at times management would not respect to listen to ideas that I had brought up about certain aspects of the store.

Locations include Manchester, Glastonbury, Farmington, Suffield, and Coventry. Highland is looking for employees for Deli and Bakery due to being short staffed. The company sells a wide variety of gourmet grocery, bakery, deli and meat. The longer I worked at Highland, the more I got to see how the structure and management was not the best, which began to show during the last few months when I visited. Highland Park Market was a place that just about everyone could end up getting. We order lunch from the Manchester store but occassionally they dont have items that appear on their menu.
